Services from Pre-berthing till the vessel sails out. Each job is unique
which requires real time assessment, preparation and planning.
Pre-berth planning has always been our strength and the vessel 'Pit Stop' Services include,
- Pre - Berthing Meeting with Agent/stevedore/transporter/workshop
- Cargo Inspection in case of Loading Operations
- Stowage plan preparation
- Operation plan / Cargo loading/discharge sequence/ Workshop &
Ship Chandler/ Special Cranes - spreaders and equipment preparation
- On Board meeting with Master/Chief upon Berthing
- 24/7 Monitoring Operations / Constant communication with Shipper / client / Vessel Operator / Agent
- Complete Operation / Secure lashing for loading / safe transport on
discharging/ handover meeting with Master/Chief/ See of Vessel
- Comprehensive reporting post operations including Statement of facts

Survey and Inspection Services
Technical
supervision
Assisting in locating and evaluating appropriate sea transport modality.
We make sure that our clients use appropriate vessels for the task.
Supervise in technical matters such as vessel’s stability and cargo
handling during the port operation.
Conditional
Survey
Describing the condition of the vessel operated especially as far as
cargo- and sea worthiness is concerned, the vessel’s certification is
updated and in compliance with current regulations as well as equipment
serviceability and in line with customer’s requirements.
On & off hire
Conditional surveys in connection with delivery / redelivery.
Bunker survey
Survey and reporting as independent surveyor or on behalf of one client.
Draft survey
Survey and reporting as independent surveyor or on behalf of one client.
Damage
survey
Representing the client in relation to claims and damage reduction to
cargo or vessel with investigation, evaluation and reporting.
Logistics Services
Providing technical expertise and consultancy on logistics services, essentially grouped under 3 categories:
- General logistics services, including loading and unloading, storage, stripping and
stuffing, consolidation, and distribution.
- General value-added services may include such services as equipment renting and
leasing, equipment maintenance and cleaning facilities.
- Value-added logistics, including activities such as repackaging, customizing, assembly,
and repair.
